1. About QNVY Travel

QNVY Travel Ltd ("QNVY", "we", "us") operates the platform at https://qnvy.travel. QNVY is a travel marketplace that connects travellers with specialist travel agencies. We do not sell or provide travel services directly — we facilitate introductions between travellers and agencies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QNVY Travel, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Traveller Terms

As a traveller, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in your trip requests.
  • Engage with agencies in good faith.
  • Not post speculative or fake trip requests.
  • Understand that QNVY matches you with agencies but does not guarantee any specific outcome, itinerary quality, or price.
  • Deal directly with the matched agency for all bookings, payments, and travel arrangements — QNVY is not a party to those agreements.

4. Agency Terms

As a travel agency, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your agency, specialisms, and capabilities.
  • Hold all necessary licences and comply with applicable travel industry regulations (e.g. ATOL, ABTA, or equivalent).
  • Only purchase leads you intend to follow up on promptly (within the SLA stated at purchase).
  • Not share traveller contact details received via the platform with third parties.
  • Accept that lead fees are non-refundable once a lead is purchased, except in cases of platform error.
  • Maintain professional standards in all communications with travellers.

5. Platform Role and Liability

QNVY is an introductory marketplace only. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality, accuracy, or fulfilment of any travel services provided by agencies.
  • Any disputes between travellers and agencies arising from bookings made through the platform.
  • Loss or damage resulting from travel arrangements made after a QNVY introduction.

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to QNVY directly (e.g. lead fees), and we exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Payments

Lead fees are charged to agencies via Stripe. All payments are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where a verified platform error occurred. QNVY reserves the right to change lead pricing at any time, with notice to registered agencies.

7. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf. QNVY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use QNVY to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Submit false, misleading, or spam content.
  • Circumvent the platform to make direct agency introductions without paying applicable fees.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the QNVY platform — including branding, design, copy, and technology — is owned by QNVY Travel Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
